Meet James and Jules Galloway. They've been married for over 20 years, but it was just last year that they were both diagnosed with ADHD at 50 and 46 years old.

Forgetfulness, difficulties completing tasks, inability to switch off... these were just some of the symptoms they spent years battling with, thinking they were simply personal failings - until the diagnosis.

Since then, they've gone through a year full of discovery which we're now privileged to gain a little insight into.

In this super special episode of Co-Creating Wellness, Jules and James share with us the highs, the lows, the frustrations, the hilarious moments, and the emotional rollercoaster that came with finding out they were neurodivergent.
