Are Ora products organic?
Here at Ora, we pride ourselves on quality, so every one of our products contain the best organic ingredients we could source. In addition, our Organic Greens Superpowder+™ and Hormonal Balance™ are ACO certified organic.
Are Ora products vegan?
Yes, all Ora products are 100% vegan.
Are Ora products gluten-free?
Ora products contain no added gluten, which means that none of the ingredients used in the products contain gluten. However, although the risk of gluten cross-contamination in food manufacturing is low and even lower in Listed Medicines, our products are produced in facilities that may handle gluten ingredients.
Can your products be taken if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
Our products are not specifically formulated for pre- and post-natal women, so if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend having a chat with your healthcare practitioner before taking any Ora products.
Can your products be taken if I’m on other medication?
If you have any medical condition or are on other medication, please have a chat with your healthcare practitioner for more information on whether Ora products are suitable for you.
Can I use multiple products together?
Absolutely. For example, our Organic Greens Superpowder+™ is great paired with Immune Tonic+ Advanced™ to strengthen the body's defences. However, especially if you are using a range of other products as part of your health regime, combining products without qualified guidance may result in the consumption of some ingredients at a dose which is over and above what is required to provide a health benefit. It is always recommended to speak with your Health Care Professional before combining products to confirm it is safe to do so in your circumstances.
Where are Ora product ingredients sourced from?
We take great pride in an ethical and transparent supply chain transparency, crafting and manufacturing using sustainably-sourced ingredients from around the world. You can find more information about each product’s ingredients in their product page.
Where are Ora products made?
All Ora products are proudly made in Australia.
Do I need to keep Ora products in the fridge?
Storing Ora products in the fridge is not necessary. In fact, the frequent opening and closing of the fridge may cause moisture to build up in some of our products like Hormonal Balance™ and Organic Greens Superpowder+™. We recommend keeping your Ora products in a cool, dry place, ideally at around 25°C away from direct sunlight. Use within 3 months of opening.
What is the average shelf life of Ora products?
Some of our products have a shelf life of 24 months, while others have a shelf life of 36 months. Please check the back of the label for the exact "Use By" date.
Why don’t you include a scoop in your products?
We have formulated the dose of each product based on metric teaspoons to do away with unnecessary plastic. Ora is about action over (yet more) talk – this is us taking a stand and doing our part for Mother Earth.
Subscriptions
How do subscriptions work?
As a subscriber, we will ship your product to you every 30 days, so you'll never have to worry about running out. Even better, you'll get 15% off each order as a subscriber.
How do I make a change to my subscription?
Log in to your account at the top of the page and you will be able to change your billing details, shipping details and subscription frequency.
Do I get free shipping when I subscribe?
If you subscribe to more than one product, shipping is on us.
Can I pause my subscription?
We have a two-month commitment period, but after that, you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in to your account at the top of the page and you will be able to cancel your subscription.

Orders, Shipping & Deliveries
How do you send your products?
We partner with Australia Post for all deliveries.
Can I make changes to my order?
Once your order is received by us, it goes straight to our warehouse department to be picked, packed and sent to you. Therefore, we are unable to add items to orders that have already been placed. If you need to add items to your order, we suggest placing a new order for those items.
Do you do same day or next day delivery?
We currently do not do same day or next delivery, but we do aim to pack and despatch your order as soon as we receive it.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free for any domestic orders over $60. For all domestic orders below $60, we charge a delivery fee based on your order and your delivery location (this will be automatically calculated at check-out). International shipping is a flat fee of $30.
How quickly will my order arrive?
Delivery time is dependent on your location. On average, domestic metro deliveries arrive within 2-4 business days, while rural and WA deliveries take slightly longer. We ship from Sydney. After you place an order, you will receive an ETA - but please keep in mind that these aren't guaranteed delivery dates.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a reference number. You can use this reference number to track your delivery with Australia Post.
What should I do if my order is taking longer than expected to arrive?
If your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please check the Sendle dashboard status and feel free to drop us an email at hi@orahealth.com.au – one of our team members will be happy to help you out.
What do I do if there is a problem with my item?
If there is a problem with your order or your products arrive damaged, please drop us an email at hi@orahealth.com.au and we’ll arrange for a replacement right away.

What are the three types of magnesium in Mag³ Mood™?
We have used three forms of magnesium (Magnesium bisglycinate, Magnesium citrate and Magnesium glycerophosphate), all of which are highly bioavailable for optimal absorption in the body.
Is the cordyceps in Mag³ Mood™ vegan?
We have selected a high quality Cordyceps extract which is cultivated on a barley substrate, thereby ensuring quality is consistently controlled and that the ingredient does not contain any animal or insect by-products. It is therefore suitable for vegans.
What does Mag³ Mood™ taste like?
Lime and pineapple.
How do I take Mag³ Mood™?
We have formulated Mag³ Mood™ to be as tasty as possible, so just mix it in water and enjoy the zesty kick!
Profound Sleep™
Should I take Profound Sleep™ in the morning or evening?
Profound Sleep™ has been formulated to help with the process of winding down at the end of the day and preparing for sleep and therefore contains sleep-promoting herbs. We recommend taking Profound Sleep™ after dinner or an hour before bed.
What does Profound Sleep™ taste like?
Mixed berry and vanilla.
How do I take Profound Sleep™?
We have formulated Profound Sleep™ to be as tasty as possible, so just mix it in water and enjoy!
Adaptogen Tonic+™
What are adaptogens?
Adaptogens are a class of plants that help the body manage stress, anxiety and fatigue by supporting the endocrine system. They target multiple functions in the body, adapting to what the body requires at any given time to restore balance.
Should I take Adaptogen Tonic+™ in the morning or evening?
As Adaptogen Tonic+™ contains B-vitamins that can interfere with sleep, we recommend taking it in the morning, preferably with your first meal.
Immune Tonic+ Advanced™
Does Immune Tonic+ Advanced™ replace my regular multivitamin?
No. Immune Tonic+ Advanced™ has not been formulated to replace a regular multivitamin. The product does not contain the range of vitamins and minerals which are typically found in regular multivitamin supplements. Immune Tonic+ Advanced™ contains a range of carefully selected herbal ingredients along with vitamin D3 and Quercetin to support healthy immune function.
Where is the Vitamin D3 in Immune Tonic+ Advanced™ sourced from?
While the Vitamin D3 in most supplements are derived from lanolin found in sheep's wool (which incidentally increases the risk of residual pesticides and sheep dip), we use Vitamin D3 that is produced from a source of 100% non-GMO algae, making it vegan-approved.
Hormonal Balance™
How can I take Hormonal Balance™?
We have formulated Hormonal Balance™ to be as tasty as possible, so all you need is some water to mix it in! However if you prefer, you can also try it in any plant-based milk (try it warm, it's our favourite hot chocolate alternative).
What’s the minimum age for taking Hormonal Balance™?
Hormonal Balance™ is designed for adults 18 years and above. It is a functional food that can help boost energy levels and increase libido.
Can men take Hormonal Balance™?
Hormonal Balance™ is a product that has been formulated predominantly with women in mind, but there will be no negative impact for a men’s hormonal balance should they choose to take it.
Will Hormonal Balance™ interfere with the pill?
Ora Hormone Balance™ does not contain Vitex agnus-castus nor does it contain any other ingredient which has a known ability to interfere with the oral contraceptive pill. If you have any pre-existing conditions, are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.
Organic Greens Superpowder+™
How do I take Organic Greens Superpowder+™?
We have formulated Organic Greens Superpowder+™ to be as tasty as possible, so all you need is some water to mix it in! However, the tast profile of Organic Greens Superpowder+™ is quite neutral so if you prefer, you can try it in your favourite smoothie.
Is Organic Greens Superpowder+™ safe for diabetics?
Per 8g serve Ora Organic Greens Superpowder, when blended in water, provides 2.6g of carbohydrate and the equivalent of 26.3 calories making it a suitable dietary inclusion for anyone wishing to follow a low carb diet.
Bright Mind Complex™
Does Bright Mind Complex contain caffeine?
Bright Mind Complex contains Yerba Maté, the naturally caffeinated leaves of the Ilex paraguariensis plant. Each capsule contains 5 to 7.5 mg of caffeine. By comparison, a cup of green tea contains 20 to 50 mg of caffeine, while a cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine.
Is Bright Mind Complex™ safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
We recommend avoiding Bright Mind Complex™ during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
CellProtect Complex™
How does CellProtect Complex improve cellular health?
CellProtect Complex contains SIRTCell™ broccoli sprouts extract, which contains glucoraphanin that is converted into sulforaphane in our bodies when the sprouts are ingested. Sulforaphane activates a "switch" called Nrf2, a small protein that turns on the natural defence mechanisms within our cells. This allows our cells to produce more energy and effectively clear out toxins and waste products to rejuvenate us on a cellular level.
Debloat and Digest™
What enzymes does Debloat and Digest+ contain?
Debloat and Digest+ contains six vegan digestive enzmes - protease, papain and bromelain to aid digestion of proteins, amylase to aid digestion of carbohydrates, lipase to aid the breakdown of fat and cellulase to aid digestion of plant fibre.

Will I meet the recommended daily intake (RDI) of magnesium by taking Mag³ Complete™?
The RDI of magnesium for men is 400-420mg, while the RDI of magnesium for women is 310-320mg. Mag³ Complete™ contains 349.9mg of magnesium, so you'll more than meet your RDI with Mag³Complete™ and magnesium from dietary sources.
Clean Omega D™
Is Clean Omega D™ 100% vegan?
Yes. life’s®OMEGA DHA/EPA in Clean Omega D™ is derived from microalgae instead of fish, and Vitashine™ Vitamin D3 is derived from lichen instead of lanolin oil from sheep.
Is Clean Omega D™ as effective as traditional fish oil supplements?
Clean Omega D™ offers all the benefits that fish-derived supplements provide – it is no less potent. A daily dose contains 550mg of EPA and DHA, making it 85% more potent than omega-3 derived from fish oils.
What makes Clean Omega D™ clean?
The microalgae in life’s®OMEGA DHA/EPA is grown under controlled conditions and purified, so is free from pollutants that may be present in fish oil supplements. The algal oil is also extracted using water instead of solvents, so there’s no risk of exposure to toxins or environmental contaminants like polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs).
Furthermore, instead of sourcing our Vitamin D3 from lanolin from sheep's wool (which carries high risk of contamination by insecticides and sheep dip), we have used Vitashine™, a vegan Vitamin D3 derived from lichen.
Does Clean Omega D™ have the same fishy smell and taste as traditional fish oil supplements?
Not at all. Algae has a much more neutral taste, so there is no fishy aftertaste.
