Hormonal Balance does not contain Vitex agnus-castus nor does it contain any other ingredient which has a known ability to interfere with the oral contraceptive pill. If you have any pre-existing conditions, are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.

Is Hormonal Balance safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

Tremella mushroom has been a staple of Chinese cuisine for centuries. The mushroom is rich in dietary fibres, protein, minerals, antioxidants and also high in vitamin D. It is used in China in a variety of dishes from soups to desserts. Tremella has also been traditionally used by Chinese and Japanese herbalists as a potent Qi tonic for thousands of  years. It is thought to nourish the lungs, kidneys, heart, brain, stomach, and often taken as a tonic for the immune system. 

Tremella’s polysaccharides have been shown to stimulate the production of  the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD) in the brain and liver. SOD helps to protect and regenerate skin and effectively prevent wrinkling and sagging of the skin.

Due to its high nutritional values, Maca has been a staple in the diets of the indigenous people for many centuries. The Maca root is high in carbs, protein, starch and rich in a number of nutrients and important minerals such as iron, phosphorous, magnesium and calcium. As a food source, the roots are often prepared with water, sugar and milk to make a warm porridge.
