Gentle detox

This is a gentle detox formula that my body tolerates well. I do feel improvement in my energy levels with this one. Another reliable Ora supplement.

Broccoli sprouts are, as the name suggests, the sprouts of the broccoli plant, which are consumed when they're just a few days old. The health benefits of broccoli sprouts come from their high level of glucoraphanin which is converted into sulforaphane in our bodies. Sulforaphane is thought to contribute to health improvements in a variety of conditions due to its anti-inflammatory, and anti-oxidative properties.

Nigella sativa, or Black seed, is an important herbal medicine in Arabian and Islamic folk medicine for a wide range of ailments. Medicinal use of Black seed dates back to the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. Black seed (also known as Black cumin in the West) has been traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine for centuries whereby the seeds and seed oil have been used for their appetising, digestive warming and stimulant actions, cleansing and detoxifying properties and for their nerve tonic and calming effects. The seeds are thought to be a Medhya, a herbal medicine with intellect promoting and brain tonic properties.
