The Relief of Sleep

‘Profound Sleep’ in & of itself was something I was in real need of, so finding a product with this name seemed like a light a I should follow! Honestly, I could write more positive words than people have time to read - as such I’ll simply say with huge gratitude that IT WORKS :)

Might be a placebo…

…but I don’t care if it helps me sleep, which it does. I’ve just finished my first bottle, which I guess means I have been using it for about a month and my sleep has been better than at any time in the last ten years (that is, since going through menopause). I can’t say whether it would have helped with the disrupted sleep that I experienced with menopause but it has definitely helped to put me back on an even keel - I’m falling asleep faster and having significantly fewer nighttime wakings. I also quite like the taste and now associate it with the prospect of a good night’s sleep. So no guarantees it will work for everyone but worth trying based on my experience.

Calming sleep & feel rested

I roll around when I sleep and snore too but I find im waking up early, sometimes 3am, mostly 4am and on the rare occassion every hour of the third watch of the night - I do normally feel frustrated when that happens and I usually wake up feeling like it's hard work already. I was pleasantly suprised last night whilst waking rolling around of how calm I remained and how easily I drifted back to sleep. The earliest I woke up to check the time was after 5am! Winning.

Passion flower

Close

Passion flower is a climbing vine that is most commonly found in tropical parts of North America, Central America and South America. While one of its early names, mahcawq, was indicative of the plant’s small fruits, the common name Passion flower was coined by Spanish missionaries who thought the unique physical structures of its exotic, purple flower was reminiscent of Christ’s crucifixion (passio translates to “suffer”) They felt the five stamens represented the five wounds of Christ, the three styles represented the three nails to the cross and the purple and white colours symbolised heaven and purity. The plant has been used for centuries by Native American tribes and in Western Herbal Medicine for treating a variety of ailments.
