    What are the three types of magnesium in Mag³ Complete?

    We have used three forms of magnesium (Magnesium amino acid chelate, Magnesium citrate and Magnesium glycinate dihydrate), all of which are highly bioavailable for optimal absorption in the body.

    What is Vitashine™ Vitamin D3 made from?

    While the Vitamin D3 in most supplements are derived from lanolin found in sheep's wool (which incidentally increases the risk of residual pesticides and sheep dip), Vitashine™ Vitamin D3 is sourced from lichen, making it suitable for vegans.

    Will I meet the recommended daily intake (RDI) of magnesium by taking Mag³ Complete?

    The RDI of magnesium for men is 400-420mg, while the RDI of magnesium for women is 310-320mg. Mag³ Complete contains 349.9mg of magnesium, so you'll more than meet your RDI with Mag³ Complete and magnesium from dietary sources.

    Is Mag³ Complete safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding?

    Yes, Mag³ Complete is safe to use during both pregnancy and breastfeeding.

    How do I take Hormonal Balance?

    We have formulated Hormonal Balance to be as tasty as possible, so all you need is some water to mix it in! However if you prefer, you can also try it in any plant-based milk (try it warm, it's our favourite hot chocolate alternative).

    What's the minimum age for taking Hormonal Balance?

    Hormonal Balance is designed for adults 18 years and above. It is a functional food that can help improve skin hydration, boost energy levels and improve symptoms of a hormonal imbalance.

    Can men take Hormonal Balance?

    Hormonal Balance is a product that has been formulated predominantly with women in mind, but there will be no negative impact for a men’s hormonal balance should they choose to take it.

    Can I take Hormonal Balance with the pill?

    Hormonal Balance does not contain Vitex agnus-castus nor does it contain any other ingredient which has a known ability to interfere with the oral contraceptive pill. If you have any pre-existing conditions, are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.

    Endo pain is subsiding!

    I have endometriosis and after trying everything under the sun to relieve my *** symptoms and pain I've found this by far has calmed my systems right down! I'm way less anxious/emotional and that's helped relieve the pain massively too <3 thankyou!!

    Perfect pair

    To be honest I was quite sceptical when I bought this, I have tried so many supplements and spent so much money trying to assist the anxiety and mood swings I experience towards the end of my cycle. In my desperate search I stumbled across these beauties and I have zero regrets purchasing! I have noticed my anxiety has alleviated and I have less brain fog already, I am super happy with the results I have experienced is such a short time already.

    Amazing

    I’ve been using the hormonal balance every morning in my coffee! Taste like a delicious mocha. And the mag complete I take most mornings and nights but I can be forgetful. I have two big kids and two beautiful babes under 2, my youngest now 7 months so I bought the bundle in hopes that it would help balance out my hormones and help with energy and coping through the day! I must say I noticed a huge difference within myself! My cycle even returned! I’m about to order my second bottle or hormonal balance. Thank you!
