    How do I take Hormonal Balance™?

    We have formulated Hormonal Balance™ to be as tasty as possible, so all you need is some water to mix it in! However if you prefer, you can also try it in any plant-based milk (try it warm, it's our favourite hot chocolate alternative).

    What's the minimum age for taking Hormonal Balance™?

    Hormonal Balance™ is designed for adults 18 years and above. It is a functional food that can help improve skin hydration, boost energy levels and improve the symptoms of a hormonal imbalance.

    Can men take Hormonal Balance™?

    Hormonal Balance™ is a product that has been formulated predominantly with women in mind, but there will be no negative impact for a men’s hormonal balance should they choose to take it.

    Can I take Hormonal Balance™ with the pill?

    Hormonal Balance™ does not contain Vitex agnus-castus nor does it contain any other ingredient which has a known ability to interfere with the oral contraceptive pill. If you have any pre-existing conditions, are on any medications, always talk to your health professional before use.

    Mag ic!

    This is delicious! I suffer from severe depression, and haven't noticed much difference with my mood. But my body feels great! I'm feeling less lethargic, andy muscles aren't in so much pain after exercising. I will definitely keep purchasing this ☺️

    Delicious and filling energy boost

    Have only tried the Hormones bottle so far. Yummy taste and mixes well with cold oat milk. Feel like it gives a boost of energy and curbs the hunger.

    Hormonal Balance Powder

    I bought this after I was diagnosed with endometriosis, and have been taking the Hormonal Balance Powder for just over a month. I have it at night with 2 tsp of cacao, tastes just like a hot chocolate. The Mag Mood however I’ve only taken once. It doesn’t taste very nice and made my urine look fluro.. not sure if this is normal or if there’s something in the powder my body already has enough of.

    Hey Brodie, Thank you for your review! Great to hear you're enjoying Hormonal Balance. Regarding Mag3 Mood and the colour of your urine, that’s absolutely normal! Mag3 Mood contains vitamin B6 which causes a yellower hue in urine.
